"It was difficult to access the car park due to road works and remodelling at the front of the hotel. However what was being undertaken it will be an excellent pedestrian and event area the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful the food was of a high standard. "I checked in very late 11pm. I had rung ahead and I was met by Ishwar the owner with a friendly smile. He even asked if I had eaten? A friendly place owned and managed by Ishwar and his wife Sabita. This was my first stay but I will definitely look at staying there again."

Free WiFi, iron and board, huge bathroom, dressing table with cotton wool balls etc Breakfast was lovely, full English, cereal, fruit and yoghurt nothing was too much trouble. If we are ever back in Carlisle we will stay here again 😊"
