My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays. Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach ! This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star. Shout out to Asst manager Jerome ( great guy), bar service Raul , Gabriel, Tennille! The gals at the grill, Nicole, Lakiesa, and Michem. Frederica’s cooking our eggs every morning! We will be back!

It is sad to see where Mt Irvine is at. A once vibrant hotel it’s now like a ghost town. No one there. No vibrancy. Water available for a few hours per day, no appealing meals. The entire hotel needs a lift in appearance but it is clear that its potential is still there. Hard to recommend the hotel in its current form. I was disappointed.
