"We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which was spacious and comfortable. We had to issues, the shower when put on a full spray only trickled out but on a fine nozzle was ok. The other was we had a blanket in our room to put at the bottom of the bed, but I had to get to changed as it smelt very strongly of dogs. We ate in the restaurant which was good but the food choice off the Thats menu was quite limited. Staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"It isn't 5 star luxury. But it's certainly 5 star value. There aren't any added perks (cooking oil, seasoning, shampoo etc) but the property is spotless and the parking is ample. Our off-peak visit was spot on for our little family. Spacious clean property, lovely staff and a friendly quiz host in the bar. This location is amazing for exploring both coastlines. Would recommend to friends - although the lookout bar isn't exactly a substitute for a cute Cornish pub so it wouldn't suit everyone."

"Staff are amazing. Front of house were so helpful. They are in the midst of replacing the carpets in the bedrooms which is needed. But the hotel is so lovely. Very clean and close to everything that you need. "
