"Wonderfully located -- close to everything but just far enough away to be calm and quiet. After exploring Stirling, we took the train for a day trip to Glasgow, just 45 mins away. Very easy and just a 10-15 min walk to the station. Beds were VERY comfortable, good closet space and dresser. The second bedroom has very low head clearance, not for the claustrophobic. "I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update. I was cooking christmas dinner which was a bit harder as there was no working potato peeler and there was not a small knife to use, only large ones. There was also no whisk but...
