Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.

Lovely room, helpful staff, good food choices, easy parking and a 10 minute stroll to Central Skegness. We had an excellent stay & will definitely return.

We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day .
Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain.
Thank you Aramide for that.
Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience.
Raccomend any time.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet street near to the beach, high street and Lidl, Tesco and Iceland. Loved the fact we had a cooking facilities in our studio. Spent there 4 nights and will be definitely coming back.
