As for the infinity pool, it fits naturally into the landscape and gives the feeling of diving into the Big Blue. Each room is soberly decorated, with quality materials and in the spirit of the Riviera. For your comfort, the 6 bedrooms are all air conditioned and have their private bathroom, as well as storage space. A charming sandy beach and its good restaurant are accessible on foot via a footpath (5 min walk). Housing \- on the ground floor: living room with TV, Apple TV, fireplace, office area (printer / fax), cupboards, WC, fitted kitchen. Large bay windows run alongside the living room and the kitchen. \- on the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms including 2 with front sea view, queen size beds, private bathrooms, 1 with a side sea view, private bathroom. WC on the same floor. \- on the 2nd floor: 2 sea view bedrooms communicating via a long balcony, queen size beds, private bathrooms (1 with bathtub), WC on the same floor . These 3 floors (ground floor, 1st, 2nd) communicate by an interior lift and an exterior staircase. \- on floor -1: bedroom with private bathroom, opening onto a large terrace. Access to the rest of the house by an outside staircase, offering real independence from the rest of the villa. Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, outdoor plancha, fryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso & Sodastream machines, dishes and accessories, pantry. Fenced outdoor parking that can accommodate 2 small cars + closed garage for 2 cars. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Linens and towels provided. Interior and exterior lighting, shutters, intercom, as well as surveillance cameras are controlled by home automation from a central unit. Access to the villa via codes (no keys). Location Located between Cannes and St-Raphaël, Théoule-sur-Mer is a seaside town with little tourism, which cultivates a taste for discretion. Its unspoiled landscapes make it possible to appreciate from the sea or the heights of the city all the charm of the Estérel and its famous red stones. The sea, located 100m away, is accessible by a footpath which leads to Aiguille beach, a pleasant family beach of fine sand (approx. 7mn on foot). In the town center of Théoule-sur-Mer there are a few local shops: pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket, tobacco, newspapers, hairdresser (approx. 15 minutes on foot). 10-15 minutes by car: tennis, golf, nautical activities (sailing, water skiing), numerous hiking trails (Notre-Dame-d'Afrique, Cap de l'Estérel ...), hypermarket, gas station. We spent 2 fantastic weeks this summer with a large famly of 11 people. Short walkable distance to beaches and restaurants in town. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Zusammen mit Freunden und mehreren Kindern ist das Haus perfekt, über mehrere Ebenen, an einem Steilhang gelegen. Aufzug vorhanden. Der Blick über die Bucht von Cannes ist spektakulär! Das Haus ist toll geschnitten, viele Zimmer, viele Bäder, komplett und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Der sehr schöne Pool, die Anlage und der Garten waren top gepflegt. Poolservice und Gärtner schauten regelmäßig vorbei. Der kleine fußläufig erreichbare Strand war nie voll und ebenfalls sehr sauber mit tollem Restaurant. Das Haus liegt zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig, man konnte zu Fuß in den nächsten Ort, an den Hafen und oder mit dem Boot weiter (z.B. nach Cannes), Wassersport betreiben, Cafes, Restaurants oder Bars besuchen. Viele Ausflugsziele sind von hier sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der nächste sehr große Supermarkt ist ca 12 Min. entfernt. Der Eigentümer stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hatte viele Ausflugstipps für uns und die Erreichbarkeit war immer gegeben. Ein tolles Objekt in toller Lage, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! ##### Christian P.
