Really nice nights stay at the island , the potential here when it’s all finished is unbelievable

The room and the whole vibe of the hotel was exceptional. Its an island off the coast of Dubai and feels like your treating yourself from the moment you arrive on the boat.

Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

Area was bit far from main attractions. Good clean hotel with good facilities. Liked the 24 hr supermarket. Overall good

A fantastic hotel nestled on the border of traditional Dubai and the glitzy new Dubai! Al Satwa and Al Jafliya a few minutes walk one way and Sheikh Zayed Road a few minutes walk the other way! The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from Al Jafliya Metro and Bus stand! Jumeirah and Le Mer Beach are about a 5 minute taxi ride away. I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey.
