"Was only here for one night. The staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the location of the hotel! Hotel was nice and clean. The only con is the luggage situation. Holding and collecting bags takes a while as they only have one person doing it. Other than that, great hotel. I would recommend!"

"This was a great place and I would stay there again but it was not perfect. Actually I would give it 4.5. A few things that could improve it: 1) we were in a 1 bedroom suite and there was no TV in the bedroom. One of us was sleeping on the couch but the one in the bedroom really missed having a TV. 2)We had to call someone to get the TV to work. He came quickly and had to bring a second remote. No huge biggie, but wish it wasn't necessary. 3)this is the one that mattered most to me since I had the TV, lol. There was just one small towel rack in the bathroom. There were absolutely no other towel racks or hooks to hang wet towels or clothes. And there was plenty of wall space and back-of-door space. Had to bring the luggage rack in there just to have a place to put clothes. 4)Only one roll of TP, so if you didn't want housekeeping service you had to go searching for more. Ditto coffee. Of note: the pull ouch couch was fairly uncomfortable, but last 2 nights I just slept on the couch and it was ok (I'm small). Mostly though, the place was really nice and in a great location near SouthStreet Seaport. Loved having a kitchen. There is a decent (though expensive) parking garage around the corner. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant. Just small suggestions above would have made it perfect."

"We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."
