"We had a good stay this property. The only thing that annoyed me is that we were promised room cleaning every single day of our stay repeatedly, but yet for the first two days they neglected to clean our room. The staff was very accommodating when I told them this, but it still took housekeeping forever to get to the room. The location was perfect for uber shuttle and close to multiple subway stations. I would recommend staying here."

"Great hotel with friendly staff. It's not a lot of space, but the bathroom is a good size and the water pressure in the shower was good. It's a comfortable place to stay, in a good location, and usually at a decent price for NY. "

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers."
