"This is not a 5 star hotel. It needs a renovation. The lobby had a sewer smell, the decor is outdated and tacky, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, no coffee or tea, or water in the rooms. Room was chilly and there was a standing electric heater."

"Do NOT book this hotel unless you are absolutely sure. They have a “NO REFUND” policy even if you have an actually emergency! Half my family couldn’t make the trip because a family member had a medical issue. I called them MONTHS in advance hoping we can atleast move the reservation to a later date. They refused. I didn’t want to lose thousands of dollars so half of our family had to go on the trip. We didn’t even stay the entire time, we checked out early to get back home. They are also doing construction so it’s noisy and the room is old. The only plus side are the staff. They’re friendly and attentive. Front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping were awesome. Again, their staff is wonderful but unless you are sure, be careful with booking as there is a NO REFUND policy."

"The sink in bathroom had a crack across the bowl. Didn’t appear to leak, but was unsightly. Maybe use something to cover crack that matches white porcelain in sink until it can be replaced. Coffemaker in room was not functional. "
