They changed our room immediately to a handicapped accessible room. I gave you accommodations only four stars because there was a recent renovation that had some glitches with the handicapped bathroom."

The only thing that annoyed me is that we were promised room cleaning every single day of our stay repeatedly, but yet for the first two days they neglected to clean our room. The staff was very accommodating when I told them this, but it still took housekeeping forever to get to the room. The location was perfect for uber shuttle and close to multiple subway stations. I would recommend staying here."

"Breakfast was not included but we were given 2 50% off coupons for an $18 breakfast buffet. Instead we were charged $35 for the two of us with the coupon and the food was absolutely terrible. Really substandard breakfast for any price."

"Great hotel with friendly staff. It's not a lot of space, but the bathroom is a good size and the water pressure in the shower was good. It's a comfortable place to stay, in a good location, and usually at a decent price for NY. "
