"The house worked really well for my family as we celebrated my wife's birthday. My kids (9,7,5) loved exploring the house and the twin beds room. The house was warm even in the snowy weekend, and we enjoyed walking to town for the oyster restaurant, the escape room, and fireworks pizza. Vanish brewery is also really fun with music and an arcade for the kids and beer and more oysters for us! A great weekend, thank you!"

"This is the 2nd year we have stayed here for HOA. The house is old but has a story and i like that. There is plenty of room for the whole group to have our own space. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our own meals. The view of the river is nice. We love the driveway to the house. Its filled with cows and lots of wildlife. Never know what you will see. Town isnt to far away. Overall this is a nice place to stay for our little get away. We enjoyed it. On the downside like last year...

"We loved the spacious layout, cleanliness, and all the amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had all necessities and there are plenty of extra towels and blankets. We enjoyed a long walk on the trail directly behind the house and if we didn’t have a packed weekend would have used the fire pit and outside seating area. Communication was excellent and check in seamless. We would definitely stay again!!"

"It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy."
