    The space
Enjoy the tranquility of this updated, modern house with vaulted ceilings and a large skylight. Open the patio door and surround yourself in nature; enjoy the view of the river and the rolling hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains (This area is known to be a "birding hotspot") or take a beautiful nature walk down to the river. During the spring and summer months, you are free to use the provided kayaks, river floats and other river accessories at your own risk, after signing an activity waiver.

There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level with SmartTVs; the master suite offers a King size bed with a premium Nectar Memory Foam mattress, the second comfortable queen bedroom with a it's own full bath. The brick room downstairs also has a SmartTV, books, toys, board games, a daybed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom, from the brick room, has a twin over full bunk-bed with a trundle and is perfect for children or guests who want more privacy.

There is a solo stove, gas grill on the deck and a large firepit just below.

You can spend your entire stay enjoying the calm rolling hills, abundant wildlife and the beautiful Shenandoah River, never leaving the property.

In addition, the house is ideally-located to follow the attractions and history of the Washington Heritage Trail, including Charles Town, Harper’s Ferry, Shepherdstown, Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs; where you can learn history, hike, shop, dine, and even soak in the healing mineral waters in America's first spa.
