Once there - lovely with one complaint - why do accommodation places no longer provide coffee machines? We were paying over 600pn - i would expect a coffee machine :))"

Then 2 weeks prior to arrival I’m informed pets not allowed which messed up our whole holiday and no apology or compensation made. The beds were a nightmare. "We arrived at the property to find it unclean. I rang Raine and Horne and the lady was dismissive and told me the cleaner had been but she would call. I didn’t hear back and no response to the emails I sent. The parking is only for small cars so we had to park on the street.
