"Excellent standard of hotel with breakfast included in great location for walkable access to central Chester. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Confusing signage on entry to hotel/ race course car park ( no overnight parking), lead to use of town car park opposite. Which turned out to be cheaper and allowed us to stay for longer, although you do have to cross a busy road . Note adjacent to railway line, which has overnight goods trains. Would happily stay again."

"Great location, Super rooms (they are linked to a pub), really good pub and beer selection. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. Overall a really good location and stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful."

"Everyone was very friendly, great sized rooms with kitchenettes, large bathrooms. Sadly very large variability in pricing when there are events at the racecourse. I understand if course, but price tripled when there was an event."
