Some of the plugs sockets were coming out of the walls which worried me. We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely. The fire alarm went off I don’t know if this was a test or what. If it was a test then I would pic a different day as people ste resting but if it wasn’t then I think maybe a phone call to rooms to make people aware. I opted for the Executive room which didn't match the description on Hotels.com. When checking with reception I was advised that the room I was in was correct, which it definitely wasn't. As it was late in the day I didn't have the energy to debate. In the morning I discovered my shower didn't work as the heat adjustment knob was broken so after wasting 15 minutes I had to run a bath. When mentioning to the lady on reception she wasn't bothered and just asked if I was checking out today??? Overall it was OK, not great though and I won't be returning."
