Perfect place for family in Telluride

We were here for 6 days, and the place was perfect. Steps from lift 7 at one end, and excellent Clark’s Market at the other end. Fabulous kitchen supplies for cooking in, cozy fireplace, Roku TV, too. Beautiful afternoon sun streaming in with mountain views.

Perfect place!

We loved the walkability of Telluride lodge. Our snowboarders could get to the gondola and lifts with a short walk, and us shoppers could easily get to town. The floor to window ceilings provided beautiful views of the snowfall. We had a fabulous time here!

Great property overall. The location is a scenic walk to Main Street. Very pleased with our stay. The driveway for unloading and loading from our vehicle from the property was a huge plus. Quiet at night. We would like to stay there again!

Great lodging in Telluride!

This unit in Telluride Lodge was clean, comfortable, and a nice accommodation for two couples. We enjoyed the close access to trails and the gondola as well as the local market. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay on your next visit to Telluride!

This is a nice condo with many features. It is very clean and spacious and is in a great location... close to everything! Easy check-in and check-out. It was warm in Telluride during our stay, not sure if that is typical. There is no AC in the condo, but we were able to open the windows at night to cool things down. The ceiling fan and box fan helped as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for ski and town access.

This place is a great location in town if you plan to ski the mountain but want to be in town. Only a block to the coonskin lift, less than a block from the store and under a mile to anywhere in town you might want to go. We walked everywhere. Condo is nice and well kept. Plenty of room for three couples, a guys/girls trip or family of 6-8. Could use some new pots and pans. They were workable but definitely showing their age. Telluride is AWESOME, and I would definitely recommend this place.

2022 Spring Break Ski Trip

Location is great. You can walk to one of the chair lifts which is right across the street. The grocery store is also right behind the condos. We actually parked in the parking lot adjacent to both the condo and grocery store. Downtown Telluride is also walking distance. We walked to the stores and restaurants. We really never needed a car but did rent one and we really just ended up using it to drive from and to the airport. The weather and ski conditions were amazing. The condo itself was large and we had plenty of room for all of us. We had two 12 years old kids and 4 adults. There were soaps at every sink, towels, plenty of pots and pans and glasses/cups...really everything you can think off was available. The appliances seem new. There is a separate large locker where you can put your skis and poles. They also provided a few sleights which we did end up using. The condo was clean but not spotless. You can tell it's a cleaning company and they don't clean corners or scrubs much. It was clean enough...like a 3-star hotel where it's clean but not exceptionally clean. Our main issue was the 3rd floor shower. It had an extra shower head connected to the ceiling (not functional) and it kept dripping (all day and night). Even when you shower with the main/working head shower, the ceiling head shower constantly drops on you and it's cold water. That head shower is also green from old water and it's really gross. The kids took a shower in there but all 4 adults showered in the master bathroom shower (which was amazing). Also, I did call the phone number they provided on our 2nd day and no one answered and the recorded message said that we could text. So I texted them and no one ever called me back or texted back. I was going to ask them to fix the shower head. Seems like an easy fix...Also we were never able to get the Roku box to work in the living room. I have a similar set up at home and checked all the connections but never was able to make it work. That's not very important and not a deal breaker but for the kids it would have been nice to have the Netflix option at night. Overall, we had a great time, and I would go back to that condo but would ask if that shower head is fixed.

Communication lacking on weekend

This place is beautiful and fully equipped with everything one would want for staying in Telluride. Our only concern was the lack of response when checking in on Sunday at 4pm. There was no parking pass in the condo, and we stressed about getting our car towed. We called (voicemail: office is closed), we texted (autobot: office is closed) and we emailed (no response). Someone did come by with a parking pass about an hour later, but as far as we knew no one had heard our request. Some kind of human response would have put our minds at ease. Other than that, text response during the week was exemplary. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Retreat for a Family Gathering

My family enjoyed this beautiful condo for a family retreat that brought us many happy memories. We cooked in the beautiful well equipped kitchen, enjoyed watching Christmas movies while enjoying the fire, and laughed as we played games at the beautiful table that was big enough for all 6 of us to sit around. After a fun filled day in Telluride, we slept very comfortably in the our own separate bedrooms. Excellent stay and excellent accommodations.

Great place for winter getaway

This condo was a fantastic place to stay for our ski trip. The loft works perfectly as a third bedroom with still having privacy. The whole unit was very well stocked on sheets, towels, tissues, etc. The location was great to walk across the street to Lift 7 and parking was plentiful. Would absolutely stay here again had a lovely time!

Nice Location but it was a wasted trip

Very convenient for skiing at the base of the Coonskin lift. Our week was ruined and our rental money was wasted because the mountain was closed for skiing due to the Coronavirus scare.
