Lovely staff

We were very late arriving but they held the rooms for us and night manager was extremely kind to us knowing how exhausted we were. We were very pleased with the rooms and how clean there were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One evening we took advantage of the 24hr menu and must say the pizza we a ordered was very good indeed. The breakfast was amazing and choices had something for everyone. Overall I would stay there again.

Really relaxing and enjoyable stay. Close to city centre, whilst being remote enough to enjoy some piece and quiet. Wish we had booked for longer. Will definitely recommend and return again.

Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff.

Great room newly decorated. Very clean free breakfast which was delicious and a bar on the premises. Very good value for money.

We love staying here. We were at an event at Magna, the hotel is only a 10 minute drive away. There are reasonable priced pubs close by and a large morrisons if you need snacks. The beds are super comfy we slept 10 hrs which was really lovely. Will always return. Loved the free cookies too.

The hotel is situated 300 yards from the last of the summer wine experience and Nora Battys house, and Sid's Café and Summer wine Tour is only about 800 yards away, Ideally situated, I never expected such excellent value, the breakfast included in the price was probably the best I have ever had!

Great service. I arrived early amd was able to check in straight away. Lovely clean fresh room and ideally located close to major motorways. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very easy experience from booking as great communication from the owner. This self catering rental has everything you need from a comfortable lounge to a fully equipped kitchen, I even cooked a full English breakfast! Surprisingly quiet considering it was on the second floor of a 3 story block accessible up 2 flights of concrete stairs therefore would not be suitable for less able bodied people. Taxis cost roughly £5 into town, however, the local bus stop is close by. Ample off street parking...
