"Really enjoyed our stay at the Montebello. Check-in was easy despite having to wait as we arrived a few hours early. The room was on 9th floor and was perfect. The balcony had 2 sunbeds along with dining table and parasol. Shower was lovely although we did think it was only cold water until we realised you need to turn on the boiler in the kitchen area :-) heads up there to any future guests. The location is great too - easy to walk down either steps or slopes to main centre /marina. Taxi back is €4.25 max. Good little grocery shop onsite although a little pricey- there’s a super Dino in Morgan mall which is best place to stock up. Beds- clean and comfortable Room was very hot so we asked for a fan from reception which helped. Pool was clean and sunbeds were plentiful even in half term. Little snack bar was nice for salads chips etc."

"Had yet another fantastic break at this hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped should you wish to use it. All staff are very helpful and welcoming. The heated pool and pool area are very well kept, will definitely be returning later in the year."
