With a designated work area and a spacious backyard catering to your furry companions, our petite yet practical abode offers a vibrant ambiance ideal for brief to moderate sojourns. The space This smaller 1950’s cottage has a cool vintage vibe with beautiful modern touches and lots of natural light. The beds are super comfortable for any length stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you may need for a night in. The home is small & cozy, but with room to spread out. Very close to both universities and downtown. Guest access Guests may access the entire home and backyard, EXCEPT guests may NOT access the attic, owner's storage cabinet, water heater enclosure, or crawl beneath the home. Other things to note • There's a whole-house surge protector.
