Mold in the bathroom, room Smelled like wet dog, gross! Staff was nice and polite, property need lots of work. Sadly during university events the price is like Hilton on the beach with resort amenities. This place is not that by any stretch of the imagination. There have to be health department standards and hotel chain standards for cleanliness

Room was a bit dirty. Dirt on the floor, stains on the mattress. Looks like a dog had chewed up the dresser/tv stand. Burn marks on towel holder by sink. Looks like it may have been used as an ashtray. There where a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. The door looks like it had been busted in a time or two. Didn't feel particularly safe there. We booked late, and this is all there was in the area. All that said, front desk staff were nice and jovial, and gave us some cold water.

On arrival, check in took about 15 minutes, not sure why as I had prebooked. 2 police cars and several officers arrived during this time. I eventually made it to my room, which was a good size with nothing but a bed, TV stand and AC unit. The floor was sticky and my TV remote didn’t work. There was only 1 battery so I went to reception to get more batteries. I was still unable to change TV channels so went to reception again and was told their TVs were tricky and was given another remote. This one worked! There are a number of shops within walking distance so I took a walk and saw the police still around. The room is very tatty but to be fair, the bed was ok and the shower was decent. Despite reservations it was fairly quiet during the night and I slept well. This place was very cheap so don’t expect much.

Paid for a deluxe room . Was told I was going to be given a better room to be given a room with no fridge or microwave so it was a downgrade of what I paid for. Smelled mold when we got in didn't initially see the mold . I got in almost at 10 pm after 6 hr drive I just wanted to sleep . I go to the front desk the next day to complain about the mold and asked if there was another room. All that was done was the head of housekeeping came and sprayed the mold down and wiped it down. He was a nice person . Was just disappointed. When I tried to complain to Expedia the manager told them they never heard of any issues in the past 24hrs so they also lie lol insane.

You get what you pay for.

Staff was friendly, easy check-in. Room...yikes. Before staying, saw the mixed reviews and for the price I figured it would be ok. Personally, will never go back. Bathroom smelled like pee, tub is the ugliest thing in my life, as if its 100 years old. Room definitely showed wear and tear. Luckily, the bed was clean and comfortable enough to make it worth it staying or I would have left.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of a quick check in process, and the beds were comfortable. Other than that, the room had bugs, appliances needed major updating, and tV was broken. This place was the definition of "just needing a cheap place to sleep".
