"Helpful staff upon arrival and the room was as expected and very clean however the space in the corner could have been occupied by a chair or couch for additional seating otherwise it had what was required of a room in a hotel. We thought the drinks bar in the dining room was rather expensive though & also an extra charge for parking put 30 pounds on the bill for 3 nights. All in all a good stay."

"The location of the hotel is quite unusual -adjacent to what appears to be a truck stop & apart from some fast food kiosks inside the commercial centre, there are no other food options nearby. My welcome was enthusiastic & friendly & Debie, on reception, went to some effort to ensure I had a quiet room .(10/10 Debie!) Room was clean & although not large, was adequate for a short stay. Dinner menu was limited -although the curry I enjoyed, was outstanding. Breakfast not so much. Adequate -but quite a limited range & definitely not exciting. Gluten free options didn't seem to be readily available & bread was the usual supermarket mass produced quality I am definitely not a fan of the practice of penalty pricing for breakfast or the reluctance to adjust the dinner pricing when 1 item was not available. The ONLY bus service to here is number 509 from Stansted airport- even though some sites will show other options. It is also not possible to walk. Stansted only has 1 hotel within the airport , so a public bus will service pretty much everything else. A quiet location & a reasonable choice in this price range"
