"No hot water in the room. Staff said nothing could be done about it. Hotel is located opposite a very loud pub so difficult to sleep. Absolutely awful. Got bedbug bites. Very severe. Resulted in medical attention. I wish I had looked at reviews beforehand because the bedbug infestation has been going on for months. The linen was also dirty. Avoid at all costs. "
