Horrible experience

Posted 12-Apr-2016
Checked in and not only did we have a view of about 15 broken toilets out of our window I have a picture . But we were getting ready to leave for our concert and someone walked into our room because the hotel gave our room to another person they had a key and everything . It was awkward and toasty unacceptable! I contacted office and the staff shrugged it off no apology acted like it wasn't a big deal. Got back from the concert we could not get into our room. Our key was deactivated! Again staff acted like this wasn't a big deal. Only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. We will not ever book here again. I wouldn't even suggest this hotel at all. I've never experienced anything like this . Total waste of money!

Tacoma dome

Posted 14-Mar-2016
My friends and I stayed for the lucky festival! Hotel was cheap, clean enough, and close to the dome. Everything worked out perfectly

A okay hotel near the Tacoma dome

Posted 14-Mar-2016
The hotel was a short drive to the Tacoma dome which was very nice and the staff them self were nice. However the room had pour lighting which was an issue. Some of the outlets didn't work which sucked since there weren't that many in the room. Some of the light switches didn't even work had no idea what they did. When parking in the pack you have to walk past this huge pile of toilets and mattress which is something you really don't want to look at. The fridge in the room froze everything that we put it in

My adventure of travel lodge

Posted 21-Feb-2016
Look...I knew what I was getting into....I was looking for a cheap place to stay...somewhere to crash for a couple of nights. It's simple..want comfort spend more money somewhere else. ..want cheap here ya go...beds are bouncey not soft, very few plug ins, small bathroom, relatively clean (our fridge wasn't clean..reported and didn't get cleaned the next day either), tv worked but we had to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it to make it work right...breakfast area is small but the food and coffee was good...overall 2.5 star stay...want spacious, spotlessly clean and cosy...this ain't it. Want cheap easy to find and just simply a crash spot for a night or too...this is it.

Bad experience

Posted 19-Feb-2016
Pros: Room comfortable, lots of parking space and brightness during night time
Cons: better customer service definitely need it plus handle the right way
Wifi connection terrible, keep out of service. We keep on extend stay at the hotel due to close to our family but end up front desk only collect money but didn't post on the room we stay end up they sold the room to another customer force to move us even though we don't want to higher floor. How would you want to move your customer since we were there before? We don't like they way move us instead of explain to the customer after us so we check out find others. You have show much better customer service and know how to handle the problem!!!!

Closest hotel to Tacoma Dome we could find

Posted 09-Feb-2016
Pros: I didn't die
Cons: Everything
Location: It is close to nothing, unless you think Jack in the Box is something
I won't go back here. They charged us $157 for one night at this dump. It smelled like a dirty ashtray, and the sheets smelled like stale urine. The beds were pretty hard, my friend's hip was sore when she got up in the morning. The hotel doesn't offer any amenities, and there is no information in the room that suggests any decent place to eat around there. The stairs were slippery, and there all kinds of weird smells coming out of different places when you are going up and down the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor). This place is not worth even half of what we paid.
