We try our best to keep the interior of the building smoke free. We fine guests that smoke and often remove them from the building. Sadly, some guests still do not get the message.

I'm sorry you experienced car trouble on your way to us. We did not know, so we saved your room. This automatically charges the security deposit that was refunded to you the next day. Your reservation was booked on a 3rd party site under a net non refundable rate program.
