"We really enjoyed our stay at Living Stone. I will say however - on check in we were assigned a room on the Living Water retirement home side (the upper 2 floors are part of Living Stone)… on arriving in that room it felt very much like a retirement home. We also have a 2 year old who was very interested in doing lots of swimming in the indoor pool - from the retirement home rooms it would be quite a hike to the pool. We went back to reception and got switched to the Living Stone side where the room was smaller but furnished and decorated more like a hotel. It just felt like a hotel room vs the other side felt like being institutionalized. The elevator was broken during our stay and our room was on the 4th floor to accommodate other guests already on 2 and 3 - honestly the walk up the stairs was not bad at all during our stay. The pool was very good, was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was also nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful when called via phone. The rooms are not made up daily, only if you call for it. Overall we had a very good stay."

The room was very clean with a sufficient supply of towels/toilet paper, etc.and surprisingly quiet even though we were attending a convention while we were there The lady at check-in was also very polite and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were rushed. Our only disappointment was that the pool was being maintenanced and we couldn't use it, but the hotel did let us have access to the pool at another property close to this one. Would definitely stay again for this yearly convention or for a holiday vacation."
