Quiet because the hotel does not face the street. The standard is high: clean, renovated, the bathroom in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, I had good sleep. The reception staff was polite and perhaps too “hotelish” as opposed to other tourist attractions. The hotel owns a restaurant where you also have your breakfast served. The breakfast is good. Otherwise, the restaurant feels overpriced and the bar lady too bossy. Отель расположен в самом центре, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей Суздаля. Новые, чистые номера, тихо. В нашем номере была просто огромная ванная комната, но это, видимо, потому, что он был крайний. Прекрасный завтрак за 550 руб. с человека, детям до 7 лет бесплатно. На завтраке хороший выбор блюд, хорошего качества, также подают шампанское. Вежливый персонал. Своя охраняемая парковка. Отличный Wi-fi. Из незначительных минусов отметил бы - иногда бывает тесновато на завтраке; после 23.00 в баре не продают алкоголь. House keeping was terrible! I stayed 2 days and on first day, I was pleased with clean room. But when I got back from sightseeing on second day, I got upset! There were no toothbrushes and fewer towels! Even worse, I had made the sheet a little dirty (small spot), it was still there! That means they didn't change sheet! Actually I doubt they didn't change towels. And free-wifi? Um.. if you are not locals, it's not easy to connect. Uncomfortable.. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you may need. Few meters ahead you can find a restaurant called Kharchevnya, great place to taste russian food. Могу отметить хорошее расположение, очень хороший, но не дешевый ресторан. Где, действительно, можно попробовать блюда с оригинальной подачей и вкусом. Получить яркие гастрономические впечатление. Например мороженное из шампанского. Чистота в номере идеальная. Кровать отличная. Сантехника и гели хорошего качества. И в номере и в самой гостинице очень уютно. На территории бесплатная парковка. Жирный МИНУС за персонал и за обслуживание. При заселении на стойке регистрации сказали что бар работает круглосуточно и в подтверждение этому тут же стоял холодильник с напитками и пивом. Когда после 12 ночи возникло желание купить бутылку пива, мы с удивлением узнали что мы этого сделать не можем (с учетов того что цена в 4 раза дороже чем в магазине на улице), потому что пиво продается только во время работы ресторана. Но как же так? Мы же были проинформированы о 24 часовой работе лобби бара? НО это оказывается относится только к чайной и кофейной продукции, которую любой гость может приготовить у себя в номере. Мини- бар пустой, по словам работников, при заселении надо оплатить его стоимость и вам его заполнят. Первый раз встречаюсь с такой мягко говоря "неумной" системой. Lots of variety for breakfast in the restaurant next door which is for guests of the hotel. I had 2 dinners there and the food was superb plus 10% off from the hotel.. Best creamy soups I have ever tasted. Staff very helpful and most speak good English. I needed a ride to Rostov and Yaroslavl and the hotel arranged this. The driver was from the hotel and it took over 3 hours to Rostov. He waited 2 hours when I visited the beautiful Kremlin, then drove me to the monastery. Then another hour to Yaroslavl but it was City Day there so the roads were blocked off and he walked me to my hotel wheeling my huge suitcase. He couldn't speak English but we used the translator on his phone. He was very patient, kind and helpful. The location on Lenina Ulitsa is great - we were able to walk everywhere in the city we wanted to visit from there. We did not sign up for the rooms with breakfast included, but have been told the hotel’s restaurant is quite good. We only had cappuccinos in the morning, which were excellent. The staff are nice and friendly. The hostel and facilities are new and comfortable. I bought a Russian doll, which costs 190 RUB, at the hotel. I found the same design doll in the shops near the main street that costs 270-300 RUB. One of the light bulb at my room was damaged. I made a call to the front dest. A staff changed a new bulb for me within 10 minutes. The service is extremely good.
