Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever

Booked the hotel when attending our son's graduation, wanted something out of town with a restaurant. The hotel did not disappoint, as the hotel only has 5 rooms it has a nice friendly atmosphere, decor in the rooms is modern, the room was very spacious, excellent comfy bed and a very nice breakfast. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, which was very good and nice to try something different with the South African dishes.

Beautiful property and perfect location. Plenty of parking available inside a gated courtyard. Owners greet you, show you to your apartment and provide you with all the needed codes. The apartment was spotless, well decorated and had everything you could need, including toiletries, tea, coffee and cooking equipment. The owners were friendly and even provided recommendations for local shops and cafés. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Booked in to double room (deluxe). Photos do not do it justice. One of the best rooms I have stayed in in terms of clean and comfort! Tend to be a fussy guest but this room is simply perfect! Bed is soooO comfortable....really good nights sleep

Clean, quiet, comfy beds, attentive hosts. Adequate parking space. Nice choice of cereals/continental breakfast from 7am or cooked from 9am. Will def book again when using Gatwick.

The first thing that impressed us was the welcome. Throughout our four night stay the staff were first class - helpful and quick to assist. The room and en suite were pleasant, clean and well furnished. Minor issues were a lack of drawer space in the bedroom (full of blankets, which made the storage of our own clothes difficult) and an electric shower which was difficult to regulate and with a poor flow rate. The general state of the house was good, with ample sitting and dining room space...

Clean, warm room with all the facilities one would expect. Perhaps a hair dryer in the rooms might be an idea?

Stayed here for one night while on route to Gatwick airport. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is easily accessible by public bus but the hotel does offer pick up and drop off service for an additional cost. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and there is a beautiful restaurant next to reception where you can grab a tasty Indian! Would recommend staying here and will come again the next time I fly out from Gatwick 😊

Lovely stay

Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. Comfortable room. Easy check in and check out. Is very close to Gatwick with bus stop outside. Easy access to airport but you can hear the aircraft taking off.

Good place to stay in Balham…near lots of amenities.Staff we’re very friendly and helpful.
