The water pressure from the shower head was minimal, which made me worry how to shampoo my hair. Luckily, the pressure from the rainshower was more decent. Bed was comfy enough and the rest of the room clean enough. Nothing to fault. Breakfast variety was lesser than the other Santika Premiere hotel we stayed in Malang. The location is just perfect in the heart of Surabaya business district. Surprisingly, my room got upgraded into higher class. All the staff are very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast menu is fine, you can have local/traditional food & western food as well.
