"The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The staff is especially friendly, and the lobby is comfortable and convenient. I have a Starbucks next door. The only thing I’d recommend is having a little concession area in the lobby, where you could buy bottled water, snacks, and sundries"

"The beds were not comfortable at all they were way to firm I also asked the front desk about parking and he told me it was 52$ per night however when I went to park and to leave back out to get a bite to eat I paid $18 just for 32 mins so everytime I left in and out it was a fee so he gave myself and several other customers the wrong information about parking and I didn’t like that at all"

"The bed was not comfortable. Way too soft. The pull out couch mattress was gross. Had stains all over it. Had to call front desk multiple time before I finally got someone to bring up sheets for it. When they did bring up sheets it was 4 sheets all fitted for a king size bed. We made them work but they should have provided proper fitted sheets. Also parking is not included. Be prepared to pay around $52 a day for parking. The hotel has no parking of their own. The breakfast bar was better than most. Staff was very friendly."

"Refused my registered service dog and I at the door and then refused to refund me. Stated they are adhering to their cancellation policy which I super did NOT cancel. I was told tough luck I should have read the policies more carefully. My dog is in fact registered with the ADA and yes I sure did present my card for proof. Super not worth the price. Same price you get a much better bang for your buck at Dorothy’s bed and breakfast. I would never ever try to stay here again"

"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room heater if we feel hot or cold. The room heater doesn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have hot water. "
