The rooms and bedding were a bit dusty, but the pros far outweighed the cons and for the price it was no biggie. Lovely beautiful place to stay.

We were more than happy with our stay. After a hiccup of some noisy guest (Totally out of Host control)Michael accomodated us above our expectations.The rooms were nice our beds we great. I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Michael

We had a downstairs apartment. Above us was a young family with kids. It sounded that there was a heard of elephants above us. This continued for sometime. It got so bad that we had to ring management to see if we could change rooms. To there credit they offered us another room on the first floor and we were much appreciated of that. However even though we were on the top floor we were woken very early in the morning again with kids running up and down the veranda and bang on the wall. We would most likely not stay there again

Hi Andrew,We are sorry for the guests being loud. We had contacted them and ask them to keep the noise to a minimum and we did move you upstairs to stop the noise. There is only so much we can do. This review reflects badly on our business even though it was beyond our control.

I wanted a private little getaway with a fireplace, and attractions near by that wasn't too far to travel to from Brisbane for the weekend. The Montville holiday apartments ticked all the boxes.

Communication from owners was excellent. The room we stayed in was very inviting and cosy. Bed was so comfortable. Great shower pressure. Filtered drinking water tap on kitchen. Had everything we needed. Outside bbq area was lovely for an afternoon wine. We will be back again for sure.

Great stay for our family of five. Two bedroom apartment, lots of space which allowed for a relaxing stay. Pool with beautiful views, room was older but very clean and had everything we needed included amenities to cook our meals.

The property was nice. Simple, aged accommodation and unit. There was some rotting wood on the balcony which was a concern but otherwise the place was clean and did the job. Communication was great and easy to check in and out.

The apartment was big and nicely set out, the furniture very quaint, would suggest to replace coach as the bottom was uneven maybe broken, but presented beautifully to the eye, the room was cooling down as they put air con on in consideration for us as the heat temperature outside was sweltering and still climbing. The property boasts beautiful shaded trees out front and tidy manicured lawns shaped the path around back that leads to a breath taking view from a balcony on the grass edge, following left to the crystal clear waters of the pool open from 8am to 8pm. Montville apartments was comfortable and welcoming.

Although it is getting a bit old, the property was lovely and clean, and it was a pleasure to stay at. The views are amazing and it is in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

the staff has a good welcome and easy to contact by mobile phone when needed. Cleanness quite OK, the only need to be update is hot water system for shower.

Arrived at 2.20 pm, no one at Office. Called Michaels after hours mobile 50 ( yes 50) times but number busy.i wasted a lot of time and petrol money travelling to Montville with two tired toddlers from travelling all day. Pretty stupid way to run a hotel. Waited an hour or so but no staff arrived at the property. Rang the 07 number for the property no answer. Staff were supposed to be in the office until 3 pm but gone by 220pm. Considering check in isn’t until 2 not good enough Will be posting my bad experience all over social media

Yes, we have spoken to you in regard to this and have apologized as we do usually close the reception at 3pm, however yesterday we had to pick up our children from school camp at 2:30pm, due to this we did send you a check in text message which you confirmed you had received just did not read because you don't check text messages. We never received any missed calls and we have spoken with our provider, and they have stated there are no issues their end. Must have been an issue with your provider. We have also refunded your money for you. Most hotels correspond with text messages these days for contactless check in.

We picked this 2br unit with the woodfire heater which my kids enjoyed as we had chance to roast some marsh mellows when we got wood fire going. We enjoyed the close proximity to town and to the various bush walks and enjoy the beautiful national forests.

The place is comfortable clean and easy. A little old and some bits in need of repair. Lovely to have log fire especially as it was very cold when I was there.
