MOONDARA UNIT 3 - perfectly situated along the popular Bulcock Beach Esplanade

Moondara is perfectly situated along the popular Bulcock Beach Esplanade overlooking the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and the picturesque Glasshouse Mountains.

Stroll to your choice of restaurants, shops and cafes in the CBD, or take a scenic stroll along the Boardwalk from Bulcock Beach through Happy Valley Park with its children's playground, shady picnic areas, BBQ's and open grassy areas and on to the patrolled surf at Kings Beach.

Unit 3 is located on the 2nd floor and has been recently refurbished offering a fresh and beachy interior. It will sleep 5 people in a Queen, 2 singles and single fold-out (best suited to a child) + features air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, 40 inch TV, waterfront balcony, 1 bathroom with separate toilet and laundry. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $147 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).

Please be aware that the parking is tandem and it is shared with Unit 1 (if occupied). There a couple of visitor parking spots onsite which is a first-in best-dressed. There is also free parking available across the street

Bulcock Beach was a lovely place to stay. Restaurants close by, the beach at our doorstep and central to all the Sunshine Coast touristy things. The apartment was great, very clean & comfortable. Thanks again!

1 month of great viewing of both the ocean and channel from our apartment, close to restaurants, main street, supermarkets and fantastic park for grandchildren. All appliances included, Nettfix. Sorry to leave.
