There is a private courtyard with a heated* pool and comfortable outdoor living space and egg chair. Upon entering the home you are met by the first of 3 living areas. This area flows onto the enclosed pool and outdoor living space. The master, second and third bedrooms are located on this mid level as well as the main bathroom. The huge master suite has an amazing newly renovated bathroom, dressing table and walk in robe. The second bedroom has access to a new bathroom. The bedroom with the two single beds is also on this level. All bedrooms and living area have reverse cycle air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The top level of the home is dedicated to the spacious living area, modern kitchen and double balconies. There is a family BBQ, Nespresso compatiable pod machine and a well stocked kitchen for your use. The house and balconies surrounded by lush tropical rainforest so it is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy special time with the family.

There is a single car garage to the rear of the house and you can park a second car lengthways across the garage door. There is some on street parking but it is hard to get these spaces as Little Cove is such a sought after location.
