Hi Mark Thanks for your email and thanks for your feedback regarding the apartment and with the self checkin we always send you a text message with the directions of where to find the key safe which has your envelope in it for self checkin. In future if you dont know where to go just give me a call its got my phone number on the message and I will tell you where to go . Regarding the stove sometime the stoves are a little tricky but we are here to help you if you give a a call we will definatey come up and show you how to use the stove . otherwise Im so happy that you enjoyed your stay here at Aspect it has a lot a faciltites here and is in a great location here in Caloundra. Hi John Thanks for your review and we are sorry to hear those comments as we have now replaced the microwave as it had marks on it that wouldnt come off. Just regarding the marks on the blankets we have just had all the blankets previoiusly laundered but maybe that blanket was missed when the previous guests departed but they are checked everytime a guest moves out. We are happy to replace it if you had notified reception we apologise for that. We are so happy to hear though that the apartment was good and that you enjoyed your stay here at Aspect . Hi Paul, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you weren't as satisfied with the 3 Bedroom apartment as you have previously been with the 2 Bedrooms. We welcome any specific feedback via email manager@aspectcaloundra.com.au.We have luggage trolleys stored near Reception. Unfortunately they pose a hazard in the basement when used and then left unattended in unsafe locations. Please ask for a trolley next time and we will meet you in the carpark with one.
