"By far my favorite hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff is so welcoming and nice. The pool was heated and they have a hot tub which was open until 10 pm giving my kids a plenty of time for a night swim after a long day of sightseeing. The first is clean. The breakfast and coffee is absolutely amazing. Each morning they had wonderful selections! It was about a 12 min walk from the boardwalk. Coffee and ice cream shops! The valet were so informative and personable."

"I plan a family vacation every year with our kids and grandkids. This house was large enough to accommodate our group of 14 and we never felt crowded. The house is a little quirky, the bedroom halls feel like a maze, however we got used to them quickly! The kitchen had everything we needed, there is a second kitchen, and the second refrigerator was helpful. There are stairs to navigate, not a problem for most, however something to be aware of. There are plenty of linens and beach towels provided. Access to the beach is fantastic. You can see the entrance and ocean from the driveway. We parked 4 cars and a truck in the driveway, which is pretty amazing for a vacation rental. As with any rental there are little things that are not quite right, but all in all, this rental was a good choice. Michelle was an excellent host! She responded to all of my emails immediately with answers to any questions that I had."

"Would stay again. We had a family of 11, and it was a great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen. The only downside is the upstairs bathroom is small for the 3 bedrooms. It was inconvenient sharing the other 2 bathrooms. Probably awkward if sharing with non-family. In July, I was concerned about not having Air Conditioning when the days were warm. The upstairs was a little warm, but cooled off in the evening. Kids loved being within walking distance of the beach. Cookies when we arrived was a nice unexpected treat. Unexpectedly, we were able to tightly park 4 cars, with only 2 used on a daily basis. On check-out day, there was the Warf-to-Warf race, and the one road out of the area was closed from 8:00-10:30. Fortunately, no one had an early flight to catch."

"The house was clean and comfortable and as described. Wonderful to have own parking on driveway and near enough to beach to walk. We had fun playing cornhole in the large backyard and relaxing on comfortable seating. Huge master bedroom and decent sized other beds. Quiet neighborhood and great Italian restaurant within walking distance - Lago di Como. Would stay again."
