The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are two kitchens, both well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The house is a bit dated, and some of the linens were old, but most everything was in working order (exceptions: some of the windows and blinds need updating). We really appreciated that this property is pet-friendly, which is a rarity. It allowed us to include our furry family member.The host was very responsive and communicated everything very clearly. My friends and I had a great time staying at this property. The house is in a great location just a few steps from a beautiful beach. The house is set up to comfortably sleep a group of adults. The two-kitchen set up was interesting but worked. The check-in instructions were a little intimidating about strict parking and noise rules (a security guard comes by at 10 pm every night to observe personally), but we kept things quiet and inside during quiet hours and it all turned out fine. I know SC has some strict rules around short-term rentals, so this was probably just a way to dissuade disrespectful tenants.
