"Absolutely lovely property. Great location near Black Beach. Cool beach vibe throughout. Could use a few more kitchen towels but otherwise nicely stocked. My only issue is the maintenance that was required of me. I'm ok with taking out my own garbage but not a fan of having to strip beds, start a load of towels or sheets, dragging garbage cans to the curb. I can do this at home. I'd stay here again in a minute but probably won't due to me having to do what I thought I paid on cleaning fees."

"By far my favorite hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff is so welcoming and nice. The pool was heated and they have a hot tub which was open until 10 pm giving my kids a plenty of time for a night swim after a long day of sightseeing. The first is clean. The breakfast and coffee is absolutely amazing. Each morning they had wonderful selections! It was about a 12 min walk from the boardwalk. Coffee and ice cream shops! The valet were so informative and personable."

"Would stay again. We had a family of 11, and it was a great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen. The only downside is the upstairs bathroom is small for the 3 bedrooms. It was inconvenient sharing the other 2 bathrooms. Probably awkward if sharing with non-family. In July, I was concerned about not having Air Conditioning when the days were warm. The upstairs was a little warm, but cooled off in the evening. Kids loved being within walking distance of the beach. Cookies when we arrived was a nice unexpected treat. Unexpectedly, we were able to tightly park 4 cars, with only 2 used on a daily basis. On check-out day, there was the Warf-to-Warf race, and the one road out of the area was closed from 8:00-10:30. Fortunately, no one had an early flight to catch."

"The house was clean and comfortable and as described. Wonderful to have own parking on driveway and near enough to beach to walk. We had fun playing cornhole in the large backyard and relaxing on comfortable seating. Huge master bedroom and decent sized other beds. Quiet neighborhood and great Italian restaurant within walking distance - Lago di Como. Would stay again."

"We loved the little beach bungalow! It was perfect for us and the view and location couldn’t have been better! It’s steps away from the beach and you can hear the sound of the waves from within the house—very soothing! We reached out to the host one time and they responded quickly. The property was clean and cozy! We will be back!"
