"I stayed for one night. The property and parking area was was very dirty. The room was nothing to jump for joy. There was only 5 channels on the TV. The continental breakfast had scrambled eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy. Overall, very disappointing for the price."

"So the unit was nice, there were a few things that needed repair but nothing to limit your stay. It had a decent view from the porch which I loved. It had 3 bedrooms and slept 10 but only seating for 4 in the tiny living room. No dining table just 4 stools at the counter. No place to put a drink if sitting on the couch. Overall it was just me and my husband so we made it work. The amount of messages for upselling was too much. When I was trying to prepare dinner and there was no can opener I only got ai type replies. After saying they provided them, one an hour later a person finally messaged to say they don’t provide a can opener. So no customer service to speak of. I didn’t appreciate that. Washer dryer was nice to have but it’s in the kitchen and it’s very tight in the kitchen. It was pretty clean except the front door was really dirty and the windows were pretty dirty hard to see the view. I wouldn’t not recommend but just know what your getting and bring a can opener if your going to need one."

"This is an AMAZING place to stay, you are literally right on the beach. You can see the Gulf from the deck. The condo was well furnished, with everything one needs, to include items for the beach. The bed is very comfortable. Overall I will definitely stay here again."

"This unit comes with ample sleeping areas, and we appreciated the two full bathrooms. Kitchen comes pretty well stocked, but unit lacks any extras such as scissors, pen, paper, tape, etc. It was great being on the ocean side of Seawall, so the location was great. We did not get notified of ongoing construction next door until the welcome text was sent out a day or two before our arrival. We felt that was something that should have been disclosed in the original listing. It does keep you from wanting to spend any time out on the balcony during the day, but if you keep the door closed, you can mostly ignore it. The listing also let us to believe that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. There was one washer and one working dryer on our floor during our stay. It costs a total of 3.00 to wash a load. Bring your quarters, because the office located on site refuses to provide any assistance to those staying in this unit. (Yes, refused to trade dollar bills for quarters!)There was large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each shower, hand soap in each bathroom, and dish soap and enough dishwasher detergent for two loads in the kitchen. There were 4 towels, 4 washcloths and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. There were 4 beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest would be a great addition to this unit. The air conditioner worked great! There are also ceiling fans and one strong box fan. Could use a detailed cleaning and touch up paint throughout."
