Loaded stuff back into the car, went to the office, and Sharon asked for the card back, said she would cancel it on her end, and gave us a card to call at 7am the next morning for a refund. Called shortly after 8am and message said they didn't open until 11am. It is now 2:07pm and still trying to get it straightened out. The only positive thing about the experience was Sharon was nice and we luckily found a much nicer room somewhere else.
