"Island Getaway" Top Floor 1BR condo ON THE BEACH!

"Island Getaway" is an adorable fully furnished top floor condo at Seascape, located directly on the beach, no need to cross a busy road!
This beautifully furnished condo offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, and is just steps away from the beach. Enjoy the heated pool, separate kiddie pool and adult only hot tub area. There is plenty of lounge space around the pool, along with BBQ pits and covered picnic tables.
The 513 Sqft unit can sleep up to 6 guests (4 adults max), with king size bed, twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. New linens and an equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you will need to prepare dinner or a just a little snack!
WIFI Included, New 42" Smart TV in the living room and 32" Apple TV in bedroom, Netflix and Amazon Prime available.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a great time at this property. The location was wonderful, the beach was great for our family (2 adults, a 7 year old, and a 4 year old). It is a small space, but plenty big enough for our family. The bunk beds were a hit with the kiddos and the unit was very clean. We would like to return next summer!

Perfect last minute find!

We love Seascapes, and this unit was no exception. Perfect last minute find for a quick beach trip for our family of four. Clean and comfortable with good pool/beach views and everything we needed was provided. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable and clean

Very nice unit and great complex directly on the beach. No need to play frogger crossing to the seawall. The host was very easy to communicate with. Beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook and prepare food. I appreciated the little vacuum to quickly sweep up sand! The internet was a bit laggy, but that is the only complaint. We appreciated the beach gear, umbrella and drying rack on the balcony. We enjoyed it very much.

Cozy, quiet and convenient

Due to the tropical storm last week, we had to push our dates back a few days. Fortunately, the dates we requested were available. The owner was super communicative, flexible and accommodating. We do a lot of RVing, so the space was fine with 2 adults and 2 teens. The condo is quaint and cozy. Fully stocked with everything you need. Loved that it’s in the top floor and towards the back So we never had to worry about any noise above us or high traffic area. This seemed to be very family friendly. Loved having more of a private beach and directly ON the beach. The security guard was very nice. And because of location, amenities , security, we felt safe to allow our teens to do a little bit of their own thing without a ton of oversight. Overall it was a GREAT 5 days away!!!

Great weekend getaway!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway with friends and teenagers. The place was perfect for us. Recently updated and very comfortable beds (even the pull-out sofa sleeper was incredibly soft and comfortable!!) Air conditioning worked perfectly and hot water never ran out of the shower! Great location directly on the beach. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive! Owner provided plenty of towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and lots of extras! We would definitely stay here again!

Short Beach Stay before Cruise
