The room was clean and spacious with very friendly staff. There was a great variety of breakfast items. The pool was well maintained and the outside showers were needed for after visiting the beach which is located across the street.

Great place to stay if you're coming down for the beach. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was great, and on-site laundry, which you have to pay for, was very useful. The rooms were clean and had a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with plates, silverware, and glassware.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed in the mini-kitchen. Check-in was fast, efficient, and the guy working the afternoon front desk was very courteous, happy and pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great, fresh and the menu changed slightly for the second day. All in all a great job by everyone involved, we will stay there again.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. My partner and I loved how spacious and clean everything was. Staff was amazing and friendly upon first impressions. Pool area was clean and the sun didn’t directly hit us due to the building, so you don’t have to worry about getting a tan lol. The only thing I would say I wasn’t a fan of is that there wasn’t as many options for breakfast (loved the waffles though). Overall amazing stay & would definitely stay again!!

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They always acknowledge each guest when assisting them or just passing by them. The cleanliness of the hotel is above expectations even when the hotel is highly booked. Service for breakfast and happy hour is excellent. Large groups of guests are taken care of within a minute or so, and the eating areas are continually cleaned. The hotel is nicely located close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and many more activities! This was our second stay at this hotel and there will be more visits in our future.

Had a really great stay at Residence Inn. It was very close to the beach, was quiet, and much cleaner than I expected for such a lively area like Galveston (especially right after Spring Break). We were even allowed to check-in early which was a huge relief, and not something a lot of hotels will even try to accommodate. Would definitely recommend.
