Nice bed on main street

Posted 11-May-2017
Pros: location
Cons: window blinds were broken.
Location: on main street, close to dinning and bars.
acceptable accomodation, though there is no elevator in the building and we were on the 3rd floor.

Enjoyable stay - nothing more to say, and irritated at Expedia for making me say more than that

Nice hotel, great location

Posted 23-Mar-2017
Pros: Location and the hot tub
Cons: Yes noise control in room 108
Location: Skiing
This hotel was very pleasant although we were placed in room 108 which is at the front of the hotel and we could hear every step above our heads in the accommodation above our room and also every water faucet that was used during the night we could hear in our room all night. Suffice to say we all did not sleep well although the beds were very comfy. Also the coffee machine had not been cleaned and the last coffee bag was still in the filter and the bench was dirty with coffee grounds. Even though there was a mini bar there were no glasses in the room just plastic glasses in the bathroom.

There isn't anything but a hotel here. No bar/lounge like it said on Expedia--the front desk can pour you a glass of Stella but that's it. You are on Main Street so there are places to go nearby. The staff is nice enough. 2room suite small but served its purpose for sleep.

Had to call number at counter twice to reach hotel staff on duty. Was unable to get into rooms till late due to not being cleaned. Was charged for rooms at time reserved, still waiting for credit on rooms other party members paid once arrived. No soap at sink or shower, only shampoo. No one at desk the morning we left, had to leave key behind unattended. Was looking forward to staying in small hotel, disappointed in service level.

Convenient location in downtown Frisco

Posted 23-Feb-2017
Pros: Location
We've stayed here quite a few times. It's a good location, so that's our primary consideration. The hotel remodeled last year and increased prices. They also did away with the "happy hour" (complimentary drink) and started charging $9 per day for parking. We'll probably continue to stay here, but will be looking around at the competition as well.

Here's what I thought...

We had a great time in Frisco. The hotel was nice, but it could have been a bit cleaner (moisturizer bottle was previously used and it looked like the toilet had been used/not flushed). I know hotels in this area are pricey, but I still expect more from a hotel at this price point, even if it's not that high in this area. I felt they add costs like tons of snacks/beverages for an added cost. Also, they charge an additional $9 for parking because you can't park on the street. The little things add up and take away from the experience. Overall, the room was nice and the bed was comfy. The hot tub was huge and we really liked it.
