With 2 bedrooms including a king bed and a twin bed, along with a cozy living room featuring a sofa bed, this space is perfect for a soothing retreat. The bathroom amenities include a shower and a hairdryer, ensuring a comfortable stay. Experience the magic of Böblingen at our corporate apartment.

The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings with a large closet. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep. The second room has two single beds for the night. Here you will also find a desk and chair to make your home office days productive.

If you only have a handbag, don't worry! Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag.

It is a new build from 2024 with high quality amenities such as video intercom, underfloor heating, underground parking. Our apartment is equipped with lots of designer furniture and other lovely details and is looking forward to your visit!
