Clean room, very helpful host. Smooth check in process. WiFi is a little patchy and stairs felt a little slippery/steep. (Take care when moving up and down with luggage) Otherwise excellent stay at a good price. Recommended for short hassle free stay.

For a budget hotel in London very reasonably priced. Very clean and tidy, nice spacious bedroom with ensuite facilities and equally important a comfortable double bed. Great self service breakfast facilities means you can have breakfast at a time to suit. Limited parking on a first come first serve but easy walking distance to train station. Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch. Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.
