"Great location by the water. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. When we arrived, I noticed an employee wiping down the railings outside of the rooms. This is not something you typically see. That type of detail to cleaning and maintenance tells me a lot about the staff and management of this hotel."

"This is older. We found mold in the shower. Room hadn’t been fully cleaned. The breakfast was ordinary and completely layed out poorly. It is a great location however and was comfortable."

"The staff were super friendly, super willing to help, and very welcoming. My room was very comfortable and tidy. Indoor pool was VERY warm, fabulous! Huge outdoor hot tub, too. Plenty of outdoor seating around fire pits at night. Close to downtown."

"The breakfasts were outstanding. Fresh croissants and coffee cakes each morning. Coffee and a selection of juices. Fresh fruits and more. The grounds are beautiful! The rooms have all been remodeled. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The porter handling our luggage to and from the ferry was a rock star! Outstanding hotel."

"We checked in the day after the bridge walk so it was pretty quiet. When I went in the FD clerk was in the restroom talking on her phone. I waited a bit and just before I was going to knock on the door, she came out. With that said, this is my fourth time staying here and you can't beat the view or location. We also enjoyed our room and since it was technically out of season, the price was very good."

"We had a delightful stay. We got the room with 3 beds and there was so much space in the room. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. The staff was so helpful with all of our questions and the shuttle service from the hotel to the ferry was so convenient."
