"Good place if you are poised to fly out of Heathrow the next day. Varied restaurant menu for dinner and decent array of bar food meals or snacks in the lounge area. Uber to our terminal was the same price (about 15 pounds) as two riding the “Hopper” bus and much quicker (7 min vs. 30). Room was nice and efficient but not large. Good shower and comfy bed/pillows. Only criticism was the A/C. Our first room did not cool down at all after two hours… stayed at 88 degree F. We insisted on moving and the A/C worked but only cooled the room to about 73 F despite choosing the lowest possible settings. Would have liked it a bit cooler."
