A brilliant location for anyone to stay in Paignton only 2 minutes walk to the sea front and a 3 minute walk to the town centre all on the flat. The staff are friendly and very helpful the breakfast is very good. The room is clean and comfortable. And made up every day."

"Absolutely fabulous place to stay - we had our hire car so it did not matter that it’s a bit away from towns - great size room and really great choice of meal options - restaurant and pub style both offered - really well equipped and could’ve stay a lot longer - very quiet and lovely view over the tidal estuary - east drive to Torquay, Dartmouth, Totness and extremely beautiful part of the world - loved it - this was a 2 night stay"
