"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for three nights. I had no problems. It is in Broadway/Times Square. It was pretty quiet for being right next to Times Square. The room is smaller, but personally, I wasn’t crazy for a big room. It doesn’t have a desk but for me, I don’t use desks in hotels. It is an older hotel you can tell, but it was renovated and it looks very nice. The location is great. It’s close to so many things that I was able to walk to or take a quick Uber/subway. Junior the hotel staff was amazing. He was very kind very caring and very fun to talk to. The only part that sucks was that we had to wait over an hour to check in the line was huge. But that makes sense being in Times Square NYC and affordable. If you aren’t interested in getting a luxurious glamorous hotel, I would definitely recommend this one. It’s affordable. The staff is amazing. There’s bar and breakfast. The hotel room is pretty nice for what you pay for."

"Overall the stay was good. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was the AC unit could not get the room below 70 degrees. Being next door to the grand central station has its positives and negatives and you should do your research. We would stay again."

"An amazing experience. We had an issue with our first room where the bathroom door was loose. I called the front desk and they switched rooms immediately, with an upgrade as well. Amazing breakfast with the nicest waitress ever and delicious food. Staff were so informative and helpful. Will be staying here again on my next trip here!"

"I really like the gym and spa facilities. The room service menu is quite limited and leans heavily towards healthier options, so it depends on what you’re looking for. The main area that could be improved is the customer service. In my experience, the level of attentiveness and attention to detail you would expect from a luxury hotel is not always consistent here. Having stayed at Four Seasons properties, there is a noticeable difference in the level of service and personal attention. Unfortunately, this became particularly apparent after I attended a concert during my stay. I had sustained a serious leg injury the previous year and after the concert I was in significant pain and temporarily unable to walk. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy or concern shown by the staff. Rather than feeling supported as a guest who was clearly struggling with her mobility, I felt as though the priority was simply for me to leave the hotel. I found that quite upsetting and it significantly affected my overall impression of the service. The facilities are very good, but at this level of hotel, genuine care, empathy and attention to guests should be just as important."

"We really enjoyed staying at the Chelsea. Everyone on the staff was friendly and so very helpful no matter our questions, etc. The breakfast was beautiful, they had good choices. I have one suggestion, and that would be a small area in the lobby that could provide a cup of coffee from 5 AM. until the breakfast opens at 8 AM, This place was lovely and we will come back there."
