Also, one elevator is closed for long periods. They must not have a back of house elevator so the alternative is blocking one from public use. Would stay again. Maybe not so high up. "

"There is only one reference for breakfast and it would close by 10:30 AM always a humongous line, never made it inside. Had to walk out to be able to get a bite to eat.. the line to get coffee was insane. My room was next to the eye machine. I had no idea until the last day. I couldn’t understand all the noise. But the hotel is in a great convenience spot walking distance to Times Square fifth Avenue and Central Park. Making a very convenient a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was always cleaned every day so that made it nice to come to a clean room. Always enough towels never having to ask for more."

Breakfast was a little simple (a bagel and coffee) but I usually don’t have a big breakfast so it was just fine for me. The hotel was in a great location and walking distance to good restaurants, transportation and attractions. "
