Welcome to your beautiful Steamboat Springs escape! Located just .4 miles from the Wildhorse Gondola this Urban Street home was custom built, and completed in the spring of 2022.
You can easily walk to the gondola in less than 10 minutes to get up to the ski area, or hop on the free local shuttle to head downtown, or to the grocery store. Come back from a day on the slopes and cozy up by the fire, or enjoy a soak in the rooftop hot tub with spectacular 360 views of Steamboat! 
Upon pulling up to this gorgeous home you will find a large heated 2 car garage that has plenty of room to store all of your outdoor toys.
As you enter into the house, you will find a full bath to your right, and a lower level living space. This lower-level can be utilized as a retreat for movies, a workspace, or even an additional bedroom. This area is detailed with a large smart TV and a sectional that pulls out to sleep 2.

As you walk up to the next level you will find a large, wide-open dining room, kitchen, and living area. Home chefs will appreciate the gourmet kitchen that is equipped with brand new high-end stainless-steel appliances. There is room for 8 at the dining room table with an additional 4 at the kitchen island. Continue on into the living room to find a large cozy couch that can sleep 2 more, a smart-tv, gas stove, and a patio with a nice sitting area for those warmer months. This outdoor patio overlooks what is soon-to-be the community's green space.

The third floor is where you will find the additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room has a twin over queen bunk bed & a twin trundle that pulls out underneath. These two rooms share a full-sized adjoining bathroom. Each of these bathrooms is complete with a very large custom designed shower so you can freshen up in style after a day of adventure in Steamboat.

Continuing up to the rooftop, you will find the astounding rooftop patio. This amazing space is equipped with a private hot tub, cozy lounge area w/ a large firepit, a gas-powered grill, and an additional dining table with seating for 8. This rooftop patio is surely the highlight of this home, as it is a rare find in Steamboat. From the top you can see Steamboat from every direction including Mt. Werner, Emerald Mountain, Buffalo Pass, and the Flattop Mountains.

Extra perks include a brand-new washer/dryer, radiant heating throughout, and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

There are only 2 guaranteed spots at this unit - 2 mid sized vehicles in the heated garage. Please be mindful of the surrounding units and make sure that you are not parking outside of the garage, blocking access to their units. There is a very small first come first serve parking space for overflow parking, but SkyRun CANNOT guarantee that there will be space for extra vehicles here. There is extra parking in different parking lots all throughout Steamboat.

Great weekend getaway

Booked this home for a low-key celebratory weekend with friends during the off-season and everything was perfect. Favorite parts were the kitchen and hot tub with a view! Hosts accommodated early check-in for us, too. Great location, great space, great stay.

Perfect stay in downtown Steamboat

Gorgeous home right at the base of the ski mountain. We were 5-10 minutes to all of the restaurants, shops and other treats downtown Steamboat has to offer. The house was well equipped, clean, and brand new. We would stay here again and again.

Gorgeous home

This is our second time staying at this property and we love it! This time we visited in December and the holday decorations were such a nice touch! The house was so cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked (not that we spent that much time cooking - there are so many awesome places to eat out!). We spent a lot of time in the hot tub around sunset, and even did an early morning soak one day! The views from the hot tub are amazing. The location is super convenient as well. We would highly recommend this property and would love to come for a third time!

Amazing Location and Property!

I stayed at this property in May for a girls' weekend. It was amazing! It is new construction, so everything is modern and clean. The rooftop deck with the hot tub and grill had incredible views of the mountain. We used the kitchen/living area to hang out all the time--super comfy. Plus, it is well stocked with everything you may need. The owner was extremely responsive to any requests. I can't wait to go back!

Family vacation to Steamboat

Perfect rental! Has absolutely everything you need and is a lovely property. Entire family was together for 3 days and had to drag everyone out at the end because they didn’t want to leave. Location is fantastic and short walk to free shuttle. Downtown is 2 miles. Skiing is 5 minutes; you’re closer than the free parking lots and have a fabulous heated garage to park in and leave all your gear. We’ll be back!

Great Get Away

Loved the Duplex. Very modern and great amenities. There were 5 adults. The Hot tub was nice after a long day on the slopes. Only things I would change is there was furniture covers on the upstairs deck that were frozen over and no way of getting it off. Not that we would have spent a lot of time there but would have been nice. Also no Salt & Pepper. A condiment we didn't think we would need to buy when we were at the store but missed when we didn't have them. Again loved the place and would highly recommend to others.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. This property is less than 5 minutes drive to the slopes, grocery store, and walking distance to the brewery. The house was great and hot tub on point after skiing. Parking 2 SUVs in the garage was a little challenging but doable. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table.

Great long weekend

Space was fantastic, comfortable, and new. We loved cooking at home and relaxing in the living room and on the roof. It’s a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The heated garage is a terrific amenity. Only downsides (which admittedly is hard to do!!) would call out is that with the open stairwell and presumably light insulation in the interior walls - it can be a bit noisy in the house. Lastly, the walk to the lifts is about 15 minutes, which was fine for us, but some groups with small kids or elderly it may be a bit far. The shuttle stop is towards the end of the line and we had a few days where the shuttle was full by the time it got to us. Overall 4.9/5 stars!

It was my first time in Steamboat and this house made me understand why people fall in I’ve with this place. The house is beautiful and close to anything you could want or need. The view of the ski resort from the rooftop hot tub is out of this world. The house is beautifully and unpretentious my decorated. Every room was comfortable and there are lots of great spots to sit and read a book or chat with friends over a glass of something. The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked. We went hiking, dined at a different restaurant every night, and shopped at Steamboat’s adorable shops, without ever having to go more than 10 minutes from the house. We also spent a day at Strawberry Springs which was just a short drive. I can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay here again.
